11/20/14  UPDATE

Snowmaking has been completed.  There is 2-3 feet of man made snow
over the entire tubing hill.  We will be opening for the 2014-2015 season
on Black Friday at 10 AM.  As usual, reservations are suggested!!
We can't wait for another great year on Mount Spokane.

Please note that all tubing certificates issued for unused reservations
during the 2013-2014 have expired.  The $12 return coupons issued
at Christmas break expired at closing on March 15, 2014.

Our snow tubing hill is 90 feet high and nearly 800 foot long - the largest in the Inland Northwest.  It has a rope tow to pull guests back to the launch point.  The hill is well lighted for night operations.

Advance reservations are suggested, particularly during Christmas break and holiday weekends.  We cap the number of guests on the tubing hill at 65 - 70 per session, so "unscheduled extras" in your group may be waiting for the next available session.

Snow tubing tickets are $15 + tax per person for a 1½ hour session.  The cost of the ticket includes the use of our snow tubes and rope tow.  Children under 42 inches tall, as well as three year olds and younger, must ride with a paid adult.  Three year olds and younger are $10.  Starting times for public sessions, as well as additional snow tubing information, are discussed below.  Birthday parties are welcome, and private group sessions are available.

We reserve the option to process Visa, MC & debit transactions at the time of booking.  Reservations may not be decreased or have the session time changed once booked.  Unused reservations will have certificate(s) issued that may be redeemed after Presidents Day, and must be presented before the end of the 2014 - 2015 season.  The certificates have no cash value.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Private tubes, sleds, sliding devices, snowboards, skis, and other similar equipment are not allowed anywhere on property owned and operated by Bear Creek Lodge.  We are strictly a snow tubing operation.

The first session of the day is designated “Early Bird” and receives an extra half hour of snow tubing for the same price per ticket.  This session is highly recommended for small groups, birthday parties, and young children.

Registration is still in the lounge area located adjacent to the restaurant.  Sign-in begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.  To speed up the paperwork, we suggest that you download and properly fill out the Liability Release Form prior to arrival.

The 4:30 - 6:00 PM session is an excellent time for large groups to book private time on the tubing hill.  Groups (up to 65 guests) may reserve this time slot for a flat rate of $550 + tax.  With advance notice, the lodge will arrange a spaghetti, salad & garlic bread dinner - with apple crisp included - for an additional $12 per person!

Reservation Terms and Conditions

Reservations are easy to make.  Call the lodge and give your last name, telephone number, the number in your party and a VISA/MC guarantee.  Reservations held and confirmed by credit card indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions posted on this website.

We "book out" most sessions, so plan to pay for the number of reservations held against your credit card.  If you show up with fewer people than your reservation, your card will be charged for the number reserved, not the number present at the time of arrival.  A gift certificate will be issued for unused reservations for use after Presidents Day.  Please keep in mind that everyone wants an "exception" to this policy.  Weather conditions, "colds", sports conflicts, etc. are not reasons to alter this cancellation policy.

"No shows" will be charged the full amount of their reservation.  Your reservation using MC/Visa as a guarantee is your confirmed commitment to purchase the designated snow tubing session.  Plan to arrive at least thirty minutes before your start time to fill out liability release forms and make payment.  Late arrivals pay the same price as those receiving their full, allotted time.  Please be aware that reservations not picked up within thirty minutes of the start of any scheduled session may be released to walk-up customers without reimbursement.

Under special circumstances, the lodge may allow a reservation of 15 or more to be reduced by one guest.  The request must be made 72 hours in advance of the reservation for consideration.  If a reservation is cancelled or headcounts are reduced with less than 72 hours advance notice, your credit card will be billed immediately for the total number of reservations.  Unused reservations booked for a given session will be issued gift certificates that may be used after Presidents Day weekend and expire at the end of the 2014-2015 season.

Click here to download a Liability Release form.  Parents or guardians must sign for each under age participant listed on the form.  Each participant must be listed separately with the parent's or guardian's signature clearly written beside each entry.  Incomplete or improperly filled out forms may delay access to the snow tubing hill.

Birthday parties are welcome.  Our staff will make every effort to provide a fun experience for the birthday boy or girl. We will provide seating for your party in the restaurant at no additional charge between 10 AM and Noon.  No outside food or drinks are allowed except commercially prepared birthday cakes (just like school requirements).  If you are bringing your own cake, please include paper plates, napkins, and plastic utensils.  Drinks and additional food must be purchased from the lodge.  Minimum gratuity for the server is 18% of the total bill.  Groups ordering "water only" agree in advance to tip the server a minimum of $15.
